About the Role
~1 min readPerforms a wide range of lease management related accounting functions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ASC 842. Completes all aspects of new lease setup, initiates lease payments and provides lease documentation as needed during month-end, budget preparation and external audit. Provides lease guidance to lease contacts to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
~1 min read1. Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance OR Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Business Management with a concentration in Accounting or Finance.
Responsibilities
~1 min read1. Ability to work with computers and spreadsheet software.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills; analytical and interpretive skills preferred.
