You'll own the ML pipeline end-to-end across 15+ production computer vision models.

• →Train, deploy, and debug computer vision models across the full ML pipeline
• →Improve performance on existing models and build new ones for upcoming features
• →Own the entire data lifecycle — cleaning, data flywheel, evaluation infrastructure
• →Optimize for latency, memory, and cost/performance tradeoffs
• →Translate cutting-edge CV research into measurable product improvements

• 2+ years AI/ML engineering with end-to-end CV model ownership
• Background in wearables (Oura, smartwatch teams, Whoop) or AV/drones (Waymo, Cruise, BRINC)
• Deep PyTorch expertise
• Early-stage startup experience; comfortable with high ownership and fast iteration

• Full-time, 5 days on-site in South Congress, Austin TX
• $150K–$250K base depends on experience + Competitive equity
• H1B transfers welcome; no new H1B sponsorship

• 3+ recent stints under 1.5 years
