Service Engineer Jobs

【工作職責】1. 執行公司冷卻系統產品（包含精密空調、液冷系統等）之安裝驗收、保固服務、產品教育訓練、定期檢修與現場故障排除。2. 撰寫技術服務報告、維護紀錄與系統分析文件，確保資訊準確透明並利於後續追蹤。3. 參與售前階段冷卻解決方案之規劃與技術提案，協助客戶選擇最佳配置。4. 支援售後客戶端技術問題，維護良好關係並持續提升客戶滿意度與信任。5. 協助內部技術團隊進行產品教育訓練、推動跨部門合作、技術交流與知識共享。6. 根據專案需求進行獨立出差與現場支援作業，展現高度責任感與技術判斷力。

1、 专业技术能力 1)动环监控系统知识：深了解动环监控系统的架构、功能和操作流程，熟悉各类传感器、监控设备的工作原理和应用； 2) 网络通信技术：熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP等网络通信协议，具备网络故障排查和处理能力，确保数据传输的稳定性和安全性； 3)故障快速定位：在公司指导下，能够迅速准确地识别和定位动环监控系统中的故障，包括设备故障、网络故障、软件故障等； 4)故障分析与解决：在公司指导下，对故障进行深入分析，找出根本原因，制定有效的解决方案，并及时进行处理，确保系统恢复正常运行。 5)系统升级：能够在公司指导下完成平台系统升级。 2、项目支持与交付管理 1)能够及时有效的完成监控产品项
