Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Identify, research, and target potential clients across various sectors who could benefit from our staffing and HR solutions
- →Initiate contact, conduct introductory meetings, and develop strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers (HR Directors, CEOs, Hiring Managers, etc.)
- →Create compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business contracts
- →Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform our business strategy
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
- 5+ years of successful business development/outside sales experience, preferably within the HR services, staffing, or recruiting industry
- A strong drive to aggressively pursue new business opportunities and grow a pipeline from scratch
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, outgoing personality
- A highly organized, independent, and resilient work ethic
