Technical Civil Engineer

• →Provide high-level technical design of plans, reports, calculations, and specifications. Develop grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design solutions.
• →Collaborate with Project Managers to execute project scopes, schedules, and technical requirements.
• →Support Project Managers on complex projects, design approaches, permitting challenges, risk mitigation, and constructability.
• →Assist with troubleshooting challenging design issues and ensuring technical consistency across projects..
• →Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
• →Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Progressive engineering experience, with strong expertise in land development and/or water resources.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Civil 3D, SWMM, ICPR, or similar tools)
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects.
