We are proactively inviting qualified candidates to join our Clinical Operations Talent Pool for anticipated Clinical Operations Lead (COL) and Senior Clinical Operations Lead (Sr. COL) opportunities supporting our Clinical Monitoring team.

Responsibilities

Honours Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
→
Minimum 1 year of relevant Clinical Operations Lead experience.

Honours Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant Clinical Operations Lead experience.

Candidates should also demonstrate strong knowledge of clinical monitoring and site management, ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements, along with effective communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Compensation will vary depending on role seniority, geographic location and candidate experience.

Full-time, permanent opportunities may include a base salary, eligibility for a performance-based bonus and a range of benefits based on the country of employment.
