→In accordance with the company’s rules and regulations, he/she conducts in a professional and courteous manner at all times. This consists of physical and verbal interactions with guests or fellow shipboard employees and/or in the presence of guest contact and when in crew areas.
→Supports the Sanitation Officer in planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating the Health, Hygiene and Sanitation standards. Accomplishes the targets set forth by the company by following instructions given by the management.
→Maintains effective internal communications, teamwork and productivity.
→Continually encourages successful working practices by physically participating to the ship’s operation according to needs and as required by the management. Keep the Sanitation Officer informed of all pending issues that require cooperation or immediate attention.
→Ensures that the amount of chemicals, consumables and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) necessary for best sanitation and cleaning practices are available.
→Enforce best practices for proper equipment handling and maintenance.
→Responsible to minimize breakages, proper handling of utensils and avoid wastage.
→Ensures that Chemicals are being handled properly, labeled and stored in the assigned lockers.
→Ensures that all soap and towel dispensers are filled up and monitors cleanliness and maintenance conditions of the Galley Toilets.

Requirements

Age 18+
Recruitment is conducted from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan.
Fluency in Russian is mandatory
Knowledge of English - from intermediate depending on the position (knowledge of English is pre-intermediate for basic positions, fluency in both Russian and English is required for higher and administrative positions)
A full package of STCW certificates and a seafarer's passport/seafarer's identity card are required.
Sound knowledge of SHIP-SAN standards, monitoring, recording, operating procedures and practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a constantly challenging environment.
