Responsibilities

- →Ability to prioritize and manage multiple maintenance requests simultaneously
- →Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- →Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams
Nice to Have

- Knowledge of maintenance workflows, service SLAs, and tenant satisfaction practices
- Experience in handling after-hours or emergency maintenance requests
