Job Title: Brand Activation Team Leader

Salary: $600 - $900

Job Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field brand ambassadors/promoters
Train field staff on product knowledge (health benefits, quality origin of the milk) and standard operating procedures for sampling and consumer engagement.
Manage team schedules, ensure timely deployment of activation booths, stock availability for sampling, and POSM delivery at the sites.
Conduct regular, unannounced field visits to audit compliance, promoter grooming, script adherence, and setup quality.
Collect field data, tracking inventory usage, consumer feedback, and daily sales/trial metrics to report back to the Activation Manager.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in field activations, supervisor roles, or agency coordination within F&B/FMCG.
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills; coaching, problem-solving capabilities on the ground.
