Staff Technical Writer

• →AI Tools: Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools to enhance documentation quality and workflow productivity.
• →Security/IAM domain knowledge (Okta or similar IDaaS).

• →Track record of leading the documentation efforts independently for a launch.
• →Strong technical fluency to read code and API specs and validate content firsthand.
• →Experience writing for Developers, such as SDK, CLI, or API reference guides.
• →Comfortable prioritizing and negotiating scope or timelines with stakeholders.

• →Self-starter and a strong communicator (both verbal and written).
• →Experience working with team members across different timezones.
• →A team player who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders.
• →Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Familiarity with localization and translation best practices.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Bachelor, Diploma or Masters degree in Technical Communications, Information Systems, or a related technical field, and equivalent work experience, is required for this role.
