We’re looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our Engineering Operations team. You’ll help keep delivery on track and support our teams in continuously improving how they work.

This role blends agile and scrum leadership, project management, and systems thinking—balancing the structure needed for execution with the flexibility that agile work demands. You’ll support multiple teams through planning and delivery, improve the flow of initiatives from intake through completion, surface insights on team and delivery performance, and help shape how we scale effectively.

  • Facilitate initiative intake, planning, and sequencing across assigned teams, making capacity constraints and tradeoffs visible.

  • Coordinate initiatives through delivery, managing dependencies, surfacing risks, and helping resolve blockers. Identify bottlenecks and competing demands to improve delivery flow and reduce delays.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery practices (Scrum or Kanban) and coach teams to improve flow, predictability, and collaboration.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to build realistic delivery plans and track progress against delivery commitments.

  • Build and share actionable metrics and status updates that give visibility into progress, throughput, and outcomes.

  • Maintain reliable work tracking in Jira and support software capitalization reporting and applicable project audit requirements.

You’ll be part of the Engineering Operations team, working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders across assigned teams. Together, you’ll align priorities, navigate dependencies, and keep initiatives moving from intake through completion. Clear communication and strong partnerships across Engineering and other functions will be central to your work.

  • 3+ years managing software development projects in an Agile environment.

  • Proven experience leading web-based application projects or platform initiatives.

  • Strong familiarity with Agile tools, including Jira, and experience maintaining reliable work tracking.

  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and measuring team and delivery performance.

  • The ability to coordinate work across multiple teams, manage dependencies, and make capacity constraints and delivery tradeoffs visible.

  • Clear communication and the ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences.

  • Strong organization and adaptability when balancing multiple priorities and competing demands.

  • An analytical mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.

  • A collaborative approach to building relationships, creating alignment, and resolving blockers.

  • A steady approach to changing priorities and comfort working through ambiguity.

  • Initiatives move from intake through completion with clear priorities, realistic plans, and visible dependencies.

  • Teams identify capacity constraints, risks, and blockers early and work together to address them.

  • Delivery becomes more predictable as teams improve their practices and reduce bottlenecks.

  • Stakeholders have a clear view of progress, throughput, and outcomes through reliable Jira tracking, actionable metrics, and timely updates.

  • Software capitalization reporting and applicable project audits are supported by accurate, reliable project information.

We’re a collaborative, entrepreneurial team that’s curious, creative, and always ready to roll up our sleeves and get things done. You’ll work alongside smart, driven people who care about doing great work — and about helping each other succeed.

We believe the best ideas come from different perspectives, and we’re committed to creating a workplace where people feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to make an impact. You’ll have the trust and flexibility to do your best work, the opportunity to take ownership and try new things, and teammates who genuinely enjoy working together.

And while we work hard, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We celebrate wins, recognize great work (our GSD — Get Stuff Done — Award is a fan favorite), and make time to have some fun along the way.

Come grow with us, make an impact, and help us build what’s next.
