Graduate Trainee Engineer

Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.

Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales plans, including setting targets, developing promotional strategies, and coordinating with the sales team.

Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Market Research: Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the maintenance and repair welding products & service sector.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and technologies in welding and maintenance and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.

Payment: Ensuring timely payment collection from direct business & through distributor.

Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and production dept for drawings, jobs, stocks, and logistics.

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Coimbatore for 1 year of training .
