You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

  • You’ll support the Project Manager with the day-to-day management, coordination, administration, and field oversight of the project from construction through closeout, helping ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.

  • You’ll coordinate with the Owner, design consultants, contractors, subcontractors, governing agencies, testing and inspection agencies, vendors, and other project stakeholders to maintain effective communication and timely resolution of issues and action items.
  • You’ll maintain a regular on-site presence and monitor construction activities for compliance with drawings, specifications, approved submittals, contract requirements, quality standards, and applicable inspections and testing requirements

  • You’ll review contract documents and field conditions to identify potential conflicts, incomplete or nonconforming work, constructability and coordination concerns, and other risks affecting cost, schedule, quality, or project completion.

  • You’ll support project administration by managing RFIs, submittals, change requests, meeting minutes, action-item and decision logs, correspondence, field directives, contractor documentation, and other project controls.

  • You’ll participate in project, progress, preconstruction, pre-installation, and coordination meetings and follow up with responsible parties to facilitate timely resolution of outstanding issues and decisions.

  • You’ll monitor contractor performance and construction progress, including manpower, sequencing, deliveries, inspections, testing, milestones, and scheduled activities, and communicate delays, deficiencies, coordination concerns, and emerging risks to the Project Manager.

  • You’ll review and monitor the contractor’s CPM schedule, compare planned activities with actual field progress, document key dates, evaluate schedule impacts and recovery plans, and assist with cost and change management, including PIs, CORs, proposals, and time-and-material work.

  • You’ll assist with reviewing monthly Applications for Payment, verifying completed work and supporting documentation, coordinating inspections with authorities and third-party agencies, and tracking deficiencies, corrective actions, retesting, and required approvals.

  • You’ll maintain detailed daily reports and photographic documentation of construction activities, field conditions, safety observations, quality issues, changes, delays, and milestones, while supporting punch-list management, commissioning, Owner training, final inspections, and closeout documentation.

  • Responsibilities

    ~1 min read
    • →The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
    • →You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
    • →AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
    • →Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
    • →Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
    • →Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
    • →Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
    • Accenture Construct is Accenture's global capital projects business.
    • The data centers behind AI. The grid behind the energy transition. The rail, water and airports everything else runs on.
    • We plan them, engineer them, deliver them and hand them over — and unlike most of this market, we're on the hook for whether they land on time. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. One team that owns the whole thing.
