We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help us build our CRM and automation platform to support sales, marketing, onboarding, and support. In this role you will work across the entire stack to develop features that make our business processes efficient and effective.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Mangomint, you'll join a small, technical team where your impact will be immediately visible. You'll have meaningful ownership over the features you build and the decisions that shape them. • Build new features in our CRM (Next.js) and automations within our workflow automation platform (FastAPI and Inngest).

• Partner with teams to understand their workflows and build solutions to automate them and improve them.

• Develop agentic solutions for enrichment, task automation, etc.

• Contribute ideas that help shape our internal products as they evolves

• Take ownership of the features you build, from planning and implementation to monitoring and refinement

• Have experience working in a startup environment

• Experience with GTM processes like enrichment, lead distribution, etc.
