Responsibilities

→Lead end-to-end RTR operations, ensuring accurate and timely period-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
→Oversee preparation and review of group reporting packages, statutory financial statements, tax deliverables, and balance sheet reconciliations.
→Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with policies, and provide support during internal and external audits.
→Drive process transitions into shared services and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization and use of technology.
→Manage, coach, and develop the team while building strong relationships with global stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

Strong accounting background with extensive experience in RTR, financial reporting, and period-end close processes.
Proven people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing teams.
Experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit support.
