Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1–2 years of experience in social media management or a related digital marketing role.
Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and content best practices.
Strong organizational skills for content planning and calendar coordination.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for audience engagement and team collaboration.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving social media trends.
