JOB OVERVIEW A leading organization is seeking an accomplished Head of Talent Management to lead enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, and succession planning within a large, multi-site operating environment. The role will ensure workforce capability keeps pace with business expansion and that people-development priorities deliver measurable operational outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute an integrated learning and development strategy for frontline and corporate support functions. Build scalable talent, leadership, and succession programmes that strengthen internal mobility and management pipelines. Lead digital learning transformation, including LMS and e-learning solutions for a geographically dispersed workforce. Establish evidence-based learning analytics and link programme effectiveness to productivity, service quality, retention, and other business KPIs. Build and lead a high-performing talent management team while partnering closely with senior leadership and business functions. Requirements Eight to ten years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development, including three to five years in a senior leadership role. Strong experience in large-scale, multi-site retail, FMCG, F&B, or similarly complex operating environments. Proven success in building functions, frameworks, or programmes from the ground up in a high-growth organization. Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of store economics, workforce productivity, and operational performance. Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate business strategy into measurable people-development initiatives.
