Experience managing EMS, paramedic, medical education, or comparable training programs.
Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Manage and coordinate daily operations of the SOTM Paramedic training program.
Coordinate instructors, students, course schedules, clinical activities, and training requirements.
Maintain required program records, evaluations, documentation, and administrative requirements.
Coordinate regularly with NSW SOTM leadership, the Course Manager, and medical personnel to ensure program requirements are met.
