The Position
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager to lead a team of Fullstack Engineers responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications and platforms that serve both internal teams and external partners.
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers while driving the successful delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS products and platform capabilities. You will independently own team execution, delivery outcomes, engineering excellence, and employee development while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
We expect our team members to:

- Always stay curious and ready to learn
- Work to meaningful outcomes, mindful of each step
- Operate as a unified team, made stronger by uniqueness
