About the Role

Bohler’s Columbus, OH office is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer who’s ready to take the next step in technical leadership. In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in all aspects of site design, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and permitting, while helping ensure design quality, constructability, and compliance. You’ll serve as a trusted technical resource for your team and contribute to the success of complex, high-profile projects across the Central Ohio area.

What You’ll Do

Design and review grading, drainage, and utility plans for complex sites.
Conduct zoning research and site feasibility analyses.
Support project coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Review design deliverables for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
Perform hydrology, stormwater, and earthwork calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D and design software.
Contribute to project budgeting, workload planning, and task coordination.
