R&D Engineer

In this role, you will be part of a small team and work as an R&D Engineer within a global organization, focusing on the global product support of high voltage products in feeder factory BG. Your responsibilities are diverse, covering various topics from the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, and fault diagnosis. We are looking for technically skilled and motivated team players with intercultural competence. • Excellent academic degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in R&D or engineering of high voltage products;
• Experience with quality tools, such as DFMA, FMEA and problem-solving methods (8D or Lean Six Sigma).;
• 3D design with Creo, SAP-R3, and documentation creation is advantageous;
• High technical understanding and interest in business and process workflows;
• Strong team skills and ability to work independently. Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work under pressure;
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian, both spoken and written;
• Willingness for business travel to Sevlievo on weekly basis and for occasional business travel abroad;
• Class B driving license.
