- First Aid and CPR – Level C Certification.
- Valid G or G2 Ontario Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Must not currently be a Seneca student at the Newnham, King, or York campuses.
- Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certifications. If you do not currently have these certifications, Paladin will cover the full cost of training prior to onboarding in exchange for a 6-month commitment to the position.
- Previous security experience in a post-secondary educational institution or healthcare setting.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
