Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken — you'll negotiate and resolve issues by phone in both languages.
- →Able to work on-site in Santa Ana, CA, Monday through Friday.
- →3+ years in purchasing, buying, or procurement, placing and managing POs directly with suppliers.
- →Hands-on experience negotiating price and terms with vendors.
- →Comfortable in an ERP or inventory system and strong in Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables).
- →Organized and detail-oriented: you track many open orders at once and nothing slips.
- →Direct and proactive — you call the supplier instead of waiting for an email.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in CPG, consumer goods, or eCommerce.
- Sourcing finished goods, ingredients, packaging, or components.
- Experience with suppliers in Mexico or Latin America.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
