Responsibilities

→4–6 years of relevant experience in commercial lending, loan operations, banking, credit union, or financial services.
→Experience with commercial loan operations and/or loan application/origination processes.
→Hands-on UAT/testing experience, preferably involving a loan application or loan origination system.
→Experience creating and executing test cases, documenting defects, capturing evidence, and performing retesting.
→Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
→Understanding of the commercial loan lifecycle and related operational processes.
→Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Requirements

Experience supporting a loan application or loan origination system upgrade, conversion, or modernization initiative.
Experience with Power BI to identify loans or data populations containing specific attributes needed for testing.
Familiarity with Salesforce; advanced Salesforce expertise is not required.
