Facilities Technician

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in facilities management, building maintenance, and technical services. No extensive experience is required, as training will be provided.

• →Assist in the maintenance and repair of facility equipment and building systems.
• →Perform routine inspections of office facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• →Support preventive maintenance activities for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• →Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• →Assist with minor repairs, painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks.
• →Help monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• →Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
• →Maintain maintenance logs and records of completed work.
• →Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• →Perform other facility-related duties as assigned.

• High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, TESDA Graduate, or College Graduate.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or building maintenance is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on-site and perform physical tasks when necessary.

• TESDA NC II certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or a related field.
• Previous internship or on-the-job training (OJT) experience in maintenance or facilities is a plus.
