Responsibilities

→Oversee and support the delivery of corporate hospitality operations, ensuring seamless execution across premium suites, member spaces, and corporate events
→Lead service delivery across corporate hospitality areas, maintaining high standards and creating exceptional guest experiences
→Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance guest satisfaction, drive commercial outcomes, and strengthen Marvel Stadium's premium hospitality offering
→Uphold the highest customer service standards, ensuring all operations are delivered in line with established procedures and brand expectations
→Support day-to-day venue operations during peak periods, working closely with leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery of events and corporate hospitality experiences

Proven leadership experience in a corporate environment
Ability to mentor, train, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as event schedules dictate
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
