Responsibilities

→“Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
→Complete resident and property service requests
→Experience with or desire to learn skills such as:

→HVAC, painting, plumbing,
→Pool maintenance, grounds
→Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.

→Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
→EPA or CPO certification is a plus!
→Must have a valid Driver’s License
