Responsibilities

→6-10 years’ work experience
→2-5 years’ experience as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
→Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
→Adept at collaboration, communication and teamwork
→Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
→Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
→Scrum Master Certification

Requirements

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.
Experience in Healthcare industry
Understanding of software development
Scrum Master experience with teams working on complex large-scale applications
Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Understanding of resource allocations, forecasting, and budgeting

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $213,210.00
