Responsibilities

→Prepare food in a commercial kitchen, ensuring it’s presented beautifully
→Keep the kitchen area clean and maintain high hygiene standards
→Follow WHS guidelines, manage Food Safety, and conduct temperature and quality checks
→Assist kitchen staff in maintaining an organised and efficient workspace
→Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, and waste management

Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand is a plus
Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one during onboarding
Strong communication skills
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with shifts, available to work mornings, days, and nights, including weekends
