• Experience with project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, scheduling, manage budgets including EV techniques, proactively manage R&Os and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion
• Experience with transition to production of automation systems or similar
• Experience with effective communication and engagement across all levels of the organization.

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, scheduling, manage budgets including EV(Earned Value) techniques, proactively manage R&Os ( Risk and Opportunities) and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion
• Demonstrated experience with transition to production of automation systems or similar
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Raytheon Project Management level 6 certification and/or PMP certification
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience with all aspects of program types (i.e. design, development, production, and sustainment)
• Experience managing Earned Value (EV) programs, complex schedules, multiple dependencies, including but not limited to capital investments, transitions to production, and work transfer projects.
• Knowledge of relevant business sectors, have established relationships with leaders, and be familiar with the product lines, customer base, and manufacturing operations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency, project management expertise, leadership abilities, and business acumen to ensure projects are successfully completed, on time, and within budget while driving innovation. In addition, the role will support strategic business planning, and corporate initiatives.  This role works across functions and levels in the business supporting a complex network of existing and developing digital and cyber-physical factory automation systems, creating I4.0 within Raytheon and supporting the growing demand.
