To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Proven experience as a Motorized Watercraft Operator

- The ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in challenging and high-pressure situations.

- Adaptability and a high level of stamina.

- Display good decision making skills

- An excellent working knowledge of private community security

- A valid driver's license.

- Must have a class D and G security license

- A high school diploma is required
