CRM Implementation Engineer (HVAC)

This role will help the client set up its new off-the-shelf service CRM and, once it is live, move into a service or sales support role based on business needs. The role begins with configuring the system around the team's existing processes, organizing data, and testing workflows, alongside sales support and service support. 

• →Platform Setup: Set up and configure the client's off-the-shelf service CRM to match the team's real workflow, including customers, jobs, service records, and quotes.
• →Data Setup: Load and organize the customer, product, and parts data the team actually uses, keeping lists and fields short and relevant.
• →Testing & Vendor Coordination: Test workflows end to end before the team starts using them, and work with the vendor's support or onboarding team on setup questions.
• →Documentation: Keep simple notes on the setup and key workflows for the team.
• →Simple Automation: Use the platform's built-in automation features or simple tools to reduce repetitive tasks.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. A licensed RME is an advantage.
• Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in engineering, technical support, sales support, or a related field, including hands-on experience using or configuring a CRM, field service, or similar business system (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, ServiceM8). Experience setting up or configuring a system is a strong plus. Exposure to HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, or heat pumps is a plus.
• Functional Skills: Able to understand technical documents and customer requirements and turn them into accurate selections, quotes, and system set-up. A quick learner who is coachable and adaptable, comfortable working across CRM, sales, and service tasks as business needs change.
• Technical Skills: Tech-savvy, comfortable learning and setting up business software and system (CRM or similar), with working skills in Excel or Google Sheets and basic data handling. Foundational knowledge of HVAC, chillers, and heat pumps is preferred.
• Language: Clear written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with customers and team members.
