Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
→
0-1+ years of experience in solar, BESS, construction, or estimating (internships included).
→
Strong writing, organization, and multitasking skills.
→
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Smartsheet, Bluebeam, or estimating tools is a plus.
→
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to grow in the solar and BESS construction industry.
→
Proven ability to work across organizations with effective communication, leadership, and project management skills.
→
Proven attention to detail.
→
Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling ability.
→
Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills.
→
Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment.
→
Ability to travel up to 10% to complete pre-bid site visits during the bid process.
