We are looking for a Program & Project Management Senior Analyst to support the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, effective stakeholder communication, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and project governance standards. This role works closely with cross-functional and client-facing teams to coordinate project activities, manage risks and changes, and contribute to successful project execution.

Responsibilities

→Support project planning, execution, and delivery activities.
→Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
→Manage and track project change requests and communicate approved changes to stakeholders.
→Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks and issues.
→Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
→Support budget tracking and project financial management.
→Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
→Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
→Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to established methodologies and standards.
→Escalate issues when required and support resolution of project conflicts.
→Provide guidance and support to project team members.
→Contribute to project status reporting and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

4+ year of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or related roles.
Experience working in client-facing environments.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level (written and verbal).
Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
