Light Maintenance Technician

  Support Electricians and General Maintenance Technicians in their daily tasks

• →

  Work as a ground person, ensuring the safety of technicians working at heights

• →

  Securely hold and position ladders for other team members

• →

  Assist with the transport of tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites

• →

  Help with site setup and cleanup before and after maintenance tasks

• →

  Perform minor maintenance duties as directed, such as changing light bulbs or assisting with basic repairs

• →

  Follow all company safety procedures and protocols without exception

• →

  Perform other related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team

• A proactive approach to safety and awareness of surroundings

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods

• Comfortable working in various environments, including indoors, outdoors, and at heights

• Requires manual dexterity and the ability to operate basic hand tools

• Previous experience in a trade, construction, or maintenance environment
