→Automate: Streamline deployment, configuration, and management processes using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
→Build CI/CD Pipelines: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
→Collaborate & Optimize: Work closely with our development teams to enhance application performance and troubleshoot issues.
→Secure the Systems: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
→Monitor & Scale: Keep an eye on system performance, resolve issues proactively, and plan for scalable growth.
→Stay Ahead: Continuously explore emerging technologies to elevate our processes and infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience in System Administration and DevOps roles.
Deep expertise in Linux server administration, including networking, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Strong grasp of system security principles and best practices.
Proven experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GitHub.
Solid scripting skills in Bash or Python.
Sharp problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Strong command of English.

Nice to Have

Relevant certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, RHCE, or similar.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack or Dynatrace.
Proficiency in German is a plus.
