Responsibilities

→Collaborate with other departmental and school IT staff to achieve their needs within IT OP and procedures.
→Log into phone system and is ready to receive calls.
→Ensure prompt answering of calls presented to technician in the phone system.
→Assist in the development of IT policies, procedures, and service goals.
