As a minimum you must have:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Master's degree is considered a plus.
5 to 7 years of engineering experience in product development, sustaining engineering, value engineering, cost reduction, or manufacturing support within HVAC, refrigeration, or related industries.
Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering projects and delivering measurable cost savings.
Strong understanding of product development processes, design validation, engineering change management (ECR/ECN), DFMEA/PFMEA, GD&T, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
Experience developing business cases, cost analysis, ROI evaluations, and project financial justifications.
Working knowledge of ERP and PLM systems such as SAP, Windchill, or equivalent.
UL / ETL Qualification and Regulatory Compliance
