Are you passionate about designing reliable integrations, solving complex technical challenges, and translating client needs into effective solutions?
This role offers the opportunity to lead integration projects from initial discovery and technical scoping through development, testing, and launch.
You will serve as a trusted technical partner to clients, ensuring project requirements are clearly defined and the solutions delivered align with business objectives.
Working closely with developers, project managers, account teams, and sales professionals, you will bridge the gap between commercial commitments and successful technical execution.
You will also contribute to pre-sales activities by evaluating feasibility, estimating effort, identifying dependencies, and helping shape integration opportunities.
In a fully remote, collaborative environment, you will have the autonomy to improve delivery processes, tackle unfamiliar systems, and build scalable solutions that support measurable client outcomes.
If you combine strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a diverse portfolio of integration projects.
Lead integration project delivery: Own the technical direction of assigned integration projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring that solutions meet agreed requirements, timelines, and business objectives.
Manage client discovery and requirements gathering: Serve as a primary technical point of contact during project kickoffs, working alongside project or account managers to clarify expectations, resolve ambiguities, and align stakeholders on project scope.
Review statements of work: Analyze signed Statements of Work (SOWs) to understand deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and timelines, identifying any gaps between documented commitments and actual client needs.
Develop technical documentation: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable documentation, including data maps, system architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and developer-ready tasks.
Design integration architecture: Define how data moves between systems, including data transformations, automation workflows, triggers, and error-handling mechanisms that support reliable operations.
Ensure integration stability: Anticipate potential technical issues related to system changes, data volume, performance, and cross-platform dependencies, designing solutions that remain reliable in production.
Coordinate development handoffs: Break integration projects into well-defined tasks that developers can execute independently, providing sufficient technical context to minimize ambiguity and rework.
Provide ongoing technical oversight: Remain engaged throughout implementation to answer technical questions, resolve blockers, clarify requirements, and guide the development team toward successful delivery.
Validate technical deliverables: Review completed integrations against documented requirements before client delivery, ensuring quality, functionality, and alignment with agreed expectations.
Identify and manage project risks: Proactively flag scope gaps, technical constraints, conflicting assumptions, and potential timeline or budget impacts, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues early.
Support pre-sales and solution design: Participate in discovery and scoping calls for new and expanding business opportunities, assessing technical feasibility and identifying constraints that may affect solution design.
Develop reliable effort estimates: Translate client requirements into realistic estimates, assumptions, and dependencies that delivery teams can confidently execute against.
Review proposals and commercial commitments: Evaluate draft Statements of Work before signature to ensure scope clarity, technical feasibility, and appropriate consideration of risks and dependencies.
Advise on technical trade-offs: Answer client questions during the sales process, explain technical recommendations, and help commercial teams set realistic expectations without overpromising.
Improve estimation and delivery processes: Maintain documented integration patterns and estimation assumptions, use delivery outcomes to refine future estimates, and contribute to stronger technical documentation and project execution practices.
Support integration expertise and accreditation: Produce high-quality technical documentation and client references that demonstrate integration capabilities and support relevant platform accreditation requirements.
