Job Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of VinFast mobile applications on Android using Kotlin. Build clean, scalable, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices, design patterns, and modern Android architecture principles. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. Participate in technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and continuous improvement of the mobile development process. Optimize application performance, stability, security, and user experience across different Android devices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Contribute ideas and creative solutions to improve the product, development workflow, and engineering quality. Requirements Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: From 3+ years of experience in Android native application development. + Good written and verbal communication skills in English. + Young, proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about mobile technologies. + Creative thinking, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to explore new ideas. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment. Must Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Android native development using Kotlin. Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern Android app architecture. Experience with MVVM/Clean Architecture or similar architectural patterns. Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating backend services. Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming in Android using Kotlin Coroutines and Flow. Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of software engineering best practices, code quality, and maintainability. Ability to write readable, reusable, and testable code. Good to Have Skills: Experience with iOS native / React / React Native development is a plus. Experience in developing applications for smartwatches or other wearable devices is a plus. Experience working with IoT devices is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications. Experience publishing or maintaining apps on Google Play. Knowledge of unit testing, UI testing, and mobile app security best practices. Previous experience working on automotive, smart mobility, or large-scale consumer applications is an advantage.
