Assistant Project Lead

The Finishes Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating architectural finishing works to ensure high-quality execution in line with design intent, specifications, and project timelines.

• →Supervise finishing works including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, joinery, painting, and façade finishes.
• →Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals related to finishes.
• →Coordinate with MEP and structural teams to ensure proper integration before finishing works.
• →Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with approved samples and mock-ups.
• →Conduct inspections and snagging to ensure high-quality finishes.
• →Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
• →Ensure finishing works are completed safely and within schedule.
• →Support handover, as-built documentation, and close-out activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in finishing works for buildings or interior projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural details and finishing materials.
• Experience with quality control, snagging, and handover processes.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
