Program Manager

• →Develop and implement program plans, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
• →Coordinate the work of project teams and ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• →Identify and manage program risks and issues
• →Ensure that program goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders
• →Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and partners
• →Monitor program performance against established goals and objectives
• →Report on program progress to stakeholders
• →Manage program budgets and resources
• →Develop and implement program policies and procedures
• →Ensure that program work complies with relevant regulations and standards
• →All other duties as assigned

• Active DoD security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in program management or related field
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of program management principles and practices
• Experience in managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously

Compensation: 150-175k DOE
