- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including presenting information effectively to Senior Leaders and C-Suite professionals as required.
- Work independently while partnering effectively in a highly collaborative environment. Candidates should be top performers willing to work hard, in an environment where initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.
Desired Skills and Experience

Recent graduates with outstanding organizational and analytical skills will also be considered.
- Experience with DealCloud or comparable CRM / deal-management platforms preferred, particularly in private equity or alternative investments; familiarity with PitchBook, Preqin, Bloomberg, or their APIs is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, operations management, finance, accounting, economics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in academic, professional, and personal endeavors.
This role owns the firm’s deal data, which requires:
- Working proficiency in Excel, including creating clear, well-formatted reporting templates, tables, and charts, and using basic formulas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience maintaining multiple trackers and managing recurring deadlines.
- Clear, proactive communication and the ability to coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, follow up on outstanding requests, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Resourcefulness and sound judgment in gathering information, checking data for accuracy and completeness, and improving reporting processes.
Additional preferences:
- Understanding of financial statements, loans, and private equity structures preferred.
- Grasp of core financial concepts, paired with a genuine desire to learn.
- Demonstrated interest in private credit and private equity.
- Rigorous attention to detail and an analytical mindset; takes pride in producing high-quality work.
