Finance Operations Manager

RedCircle is all about helping podcasters get paid. As our Finance Operations Manager, you'll play a central role in making sure our financial engine runs smoothly, from managing the monthly financial close to ensuring advertisers are invoiced correctly and podcast creators get paid.

• →Experience in digital advertising, media, marketplaces, or other businesses with complex revenue-sharing or payment models.
• →Experience working with billing systems, payment platforms such as Stripe, or automated financial workflows.
• →Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or other data analysis tools.
• →Experience developing cash flow forecasts or supporting financial planning and analysis.
• →Experience coordinating work with external bookkeepers, accountants, or fractional finance teams.
