• →Technical expert for front- and back-end manufacturing of silicon semiconductors: Support volume ramp-up of production and support efficiency at manufacturing at internal and external sites. Technical support of Industrial projects running on site
• →Monitor performance of suppliers (internal/external) with respect to Engineering KPI’s
• →Root cause analysis for incidents silicon devices production internal/external
• →Provide technical solutions to manufacturing issues in front-end/ back-end silicon production
• →Identify and assess optimization ideas and requests in manufacturing
• →Member of process, product transfers and other Industrial projects

• →Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field
• →Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end semiconductor processes, as well as silicon-based discrete semiconductors
• →Knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology, semiconductor processes, and failure analysis techniques
• →Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
• →Fluent in spoken and written English
• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• →Ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues
• →A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in international teams
