Operations Management Trainee – Military Veterans Encouraged to Apply

Compensation: Approximately $24.00 per hour

Position Type: Full-time

• →Rotate through warehouse departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of daily operations.
• →Learn alongside experienced leaders through hands-on training, job shadowing, and practical assignments.
• →Support daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and product movement.
• →Assist with monitoring performance goals related to productivity, cost, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• →Learn how to coordinate workflows, allocate resources, and support team members.
• →Follow company procedures and safety requirements to help maintain a safe working environment.
• →Complete required training activities and demonstrate proficiency in key operational responsibilities.
• →Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to prepare for future advancement opportunities.

• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, including at least two years of relevant civilian or military experience.
• Military experience in leadership, logistics, transportation, supply, maintenance, or team management is a plus.
• A willingness to learn every aspect of warehouse operations and work hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and leaders.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to navigate changing priorities.
• A commitment to safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including freezer environments as cold as -20°F and dry storage areas up to 100°F, while wearing required protective equipment.
• Comfort working in environments with varying noise levels and meeting the physical requirements of warehouse work.
