Project Manager (Retail Installations), Prague

Purpose of the job We are seeking a Project Manager to join our fast-paced team, dedicated to managing and executing retail activation and implementation projects for a rapidly growing technology and appliance producer. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our client engagements, overseeing a diverse range of tasks from in-store campaigns to full-scale new store implementations. Your ability to adapt swiftly to changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial in delivering exceptional results. This role will operate on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / supplier site(s) and home.  Please submit your resume / application in English - we cannot progress your application without this. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients _ ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and timelines Take detailed briefs from clients in conjunction with your Account Manager and project manage campaigns and implementations from briefing to delivery Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge Quickly respond to changes and challenges, maintaining a flexible and proactive approach Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time Implement new methods and procedures as required Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting Work with Account Director and Account Manager(s) to identify and develop new business opportunities Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action to continually exceed expectations Budget responsibility for campaigns Knowledge, skills + experience Account / Project Management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict service level agreements and key performance indicators Experience of managing marketing campaigns for in-store activation is highly preferable Experience in trouble shooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures A great project / program manager, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Numerate with a strong commercial understanding Strong time management and prioritization skills Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations Great Excel skills Advanced English + Czech language skills What success looks like Projects and retail activations are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications, consistently meeting client expectations Trusted relationships are built with key client stakeholders, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and confidence in HH Global's delivery Multiple projects are effectively prioritized and managed with minimal escalation, even in a rapidly changing environment Risks, issues, and delivery challenges are proactively identified and resolved, ensuring smooth project execution and continuous improvement Positive contribution to account growth through collaboration, operational excellence, and identification of new opportunities to add value for the client #LI-NC1 #LI-Hybrid
