This role is tailored for those passionate about collective communication, vertical co-development of AI networks, and large model training scalability. Developing the next-gen Scale-up fabric for AI data-centers

Concentrating on collaborative communication and vertical co-development of AI networks alongside hardware, software, and applications

Guaranteeing scalability, reliability, and robust training for large model development

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and implement innovative solutions

Creating innovative concepts that will ultimately proceed to full-scale manufacturing

Requirements

6+ experience in software architecture and networking
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong expertise in AI applied research
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver flawless results
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
A track record of innovation and the determination to compete at the highest level

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related area
Experience with large-scale AI data-center operations
Outstanding abilities in resiliency and tail-robust training methods
Proven ability to generate world-class innovations
Solid experience in collaborative development of AI networks within specific sectors

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
