Delivery Manager ASIA Bonds Settlement

• Lead end‑to‑end settlement of Fixed Income trades across ASIA markets, ensuring timely and accurate completion within market cut‑offs.
• Act as senior escalation point for settlement fails, breaks, and high‑risk or time‑critical transactions.
• Manage settlements across ICSDs/CSDs.
• Ensure compliance with ASIA regulations, including CSDR settlement discipline and penalty frameworks.
• Oversee DVP/RVP, FOP, repo, buy/sell‑back, and money market transactions.
• Maintain strong operational controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness across settlement processes.
• Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, Custodians, and external agents to resolve settlement and funding issues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop settlement team members, ensuring strong market knowledge and coverage.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and participation in system changes or UAT.
• Produce and review MIS, KPIs, and risk metrics to track settlement efficiency and reduce operational risk.
