As an Automation Engineering Trainee, you will support manufacturing digitalization initiatives by analyzing production data, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping transform manual processes into efficient digital solutions. You will work on real manufacturing and digitalization challenges, helping us improve how data, systems, and processes support production operations at Ericsson Estonia. This traineeship will give you hands-on experience with data analysis, process improvement, Power Platform technologies, manufacturing systems, stakeholder collaboration, and real-world project delivery in a global technology company. This is a standard office hours Traineeship – Mon-Fri, 40 hour per week (8hr per day).
